About the course

This course is aimed at all personnel involved in case management in the healthcare industry.

Course Content

The course consists of two days of lectures including practical exercises.

• Understand the background to case management
• Understand the functions of case management
• Apply the principles of case management
• Integrate the components of case management in the case management plan

Registration

NQF 4: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Qualification is the minimum requirement (English, Mathematics).

You will need to complete the registration form online and send a copy of your Grade 12 certificate (and/or highest qualification).
Please ensure you acknowledge the terms and conditions and sign and date the form.
You will be notified once the course is confirmed, and payment of the course fee will be requested.
