The Leadership and Management Course for Strengthened Public Health Services (SPHS-LAM) is a 12-week online short course via MS Teams that aims to provide participants with the essential leadership and management knowledge, understanding and skills, which is essential for improving effectiveness and efficiency of health care services in lower- and middle- income countries (LMICs). The SPHS-LAM course forms part of the portfolio of courses aimed at strengthening public health services.

The SPHS-LAM course is targeted for clinicians, educators, researchers or programme / project managers, coordinators, and administrators responsible for delivery of public eye health care services people working in prevention of blindness programmes in low and middle-income countries (LMICs).
