About the course
Microsoft 365 is more than a suite of applications — it's a connected platform designed to help you work smarter, collaborate more effectively and manage your work securely from anywhere. This essentials course gives you a practical, confident introduction to everything it offers.
Over two focused half-day sessions, you'll explore the core Microsoft 365 applications — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams — and discover how they work together to streamline your daily tasks. You'll learn how cloud-based services support real-time collaboration, how to store and share files securely, and how to get the most out of the tools already available to you.
This course is ideal for new Microsoft 365 users, staff transitioning from older versions of Office, and anyone who wants to understand how the platform fits together before diving into deeper application-specific training.
Need More In-Depth Training?
This course is designed as a broad introduction to the Microsoft 365 platform. If you need focused, hands-on training in a specific application — such as Excel, Word or PowerPoint etc. — ICTS Training offers dedicated courses at Essentials, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
