About the course
Our intensive General English course is designed for students who want to maximise their English learning and make faster progress. With 30 lessons per week, you’ll have more time to develop your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills while building confidence in everyday English.
You will study the systems of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and discourse, and the skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. The General English course is taught over six levels: beginner, elementary, pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced.
Course content
This course combines standard GE20 in the morning with elective classes in the afternoon, focusing on specific skills.
Registration
This course is offered by UCT English Language Centre (ELC). Enrol and pay directly with the course provider. Once the booking is submitted, ELC will provide the information needed to confirm enrolment.
